Blue structural steel framing for a commercial building

Marketing that wins bids.

I help Arizona commercial contractors get invited to more bids, with websites, prequal packages and project write ups that owners and GCs actually read.

Most work gets decided before the bid goes out.

Owners and GCs build their bid lists from contractors they already know and ones that look ready to go. I’ve watched good subs get left off those lists because their website was years out of date, or because they couldn’t send a capability statement when someone asked for one.

That’s a fixable problem, and it’s the one I work on.

What owners look at

I spent years on the owner’s side reviewing bids. These came up on almost every project.
